With my own transformation?
Looking back at old photos I'm so proud of all the hard work I have dedicated to my own physical transformation. I've changed my outlook to be positive and optimistic and I now pursue a life where I wake up everyday bettering my best. I have learned a lot about myself thru the years of sacrifices.. hardship.. struggle.. I feel as though there are so many people that go to their graves with their lives unlived. They've been over weight most their life & lose hope. They had a baby & lose confidence since the weight gain. They have an eating disorder or are an emotional eater. Their afraid of weight training because they think it will make them look "manly." They were active in sports growing up & since they have gotten older & less active the weight has crept up & they don't know where to begin. I choose to create a climate of hope, give the resources needed for a person to succeed & help them recognize the potential that is locked down inside of them. No matter what your dream- Everyone Has Potential. I know how living a healthy lifestyle full of hope, positivity and drive has benefited my life and like a domino effect- I want to share my passion with others. #MissionPossible
