Good Afternoon?

If I asked you-What do you want out of life..? You may say something like, I want to a live care-free, happy & easy life, to fall in love, to look perfect & have a nice body, make money, be popular & well-respected.
What's more interesting to me is what pain do you want? What are you willing to struggle for? Because that seems to be a greater determinant of how your life ends up. People want an amazing body, but unless you are legitimately dedicated & I mean waking up before work or spending an hour or two in the evening at the gym, unless you calculate & calibrate the food you eat- planning your week out with portions & macros. You can't have a pain-free life & succeed. It can't all be roses & unicorns. Once you know your goal, Choose how you are willing to suffer to achieve that goal. Because that's the hard question that matters. Pleasure is easy.
