Throwback to Mexico earlier this year and a wonderful retreat week. Remembering some wisdom I acquired in the temazcal: it is absolutely crucial that we forgive ourselves for everything we've ever done. Or we won't be able to live to our fullest potential. Forgive yourself. You are human. You make mistakes. It's ok, and it's a part of life. Learning how to let go is the only thing that matters.
