1⃣ There are TWO circuits.

2⃣ You set a timer for 7 minutes.
3⃣ Start the exercises on circuit one, (each exercise has reps next to it), keep going over and over the circuit until the timer goes off.

4⃣Start 7 minute timer again, start circuit two. ?? 5⃣You repeat each circuit twice.
C1 C2 C1 C2.
Total = 28 mins✅
