Here's the challenge details for #joinustogetherjuly Challenge starting July 1st. Here's how it works. Look at the photo collage. Practice and post each days yoga pose. On the 7th day you will put all six photos together in "any variation" you choose via flipogram or any other photo joining app, or video yourself practicing the 6 daily poses in any sequence you choose (including modified or advanced variations). We will help with suggested sequencing and tips. Week 2, 3 & 4 same deal. Each week is made up of different parts-Week One -The Warm Up Week Two -Standing Sequences Week Three- Balance & Inversions Week Four- Closing sequences. Plus 2 days of yogis choice posts. Day 31 - put the whole thing together for your final sequence by Video your whole practice (speed up your video into 15 seconds (for IG) or Flipogram. This 31 day challenge is accessible to ALL LEVELS of yoga, even brand new yogis. We will guide you every step of the way.
