Throwing it back to 47 weeks ago when #fitandthick first began.

Fast forward to today and I'm in the midst of a national tour to bring the fitness program and movement to women across America. These past 6 months has collectively been the most eye opening and humbling experience of my life. I feel so blessed to have this opportunity to offer you ladies something to aspire towards. I remember growing up and never being able to identify with anyone in the spotlight; I hope that I can be an inspiration and motivator for women across the globe, not just through fitness and outer appearances, but by radiating positivity, passion, and love for my craft. #fitandthick #fitandthicktour
