This is delicious, one of my all time favorite recipes! Cauliflower Risotto is awesome, and a great compliment to any protein. Try this! Recipe for Steak: ●1 1/2 inch thick grass fed rib eye ●Ghee butter 1. Bring the steak to room temperature. Turn oven to 500° F or turn on the top broiler. 2. Heat the skillet in oven till its very hot. And carefully place on the stove range over high heat. 3. Coat the steak lightly with ghee butter and sprinkle salt on both sides of steak with a pinch of salt. 4. Immediately place the steak in the middle of the hot, dry skillet. Cook 30 seconds without moving. Turn with tongs and cook another 30 seconds, then put the pan straight into the oven for 2 minutes. Flip the steak and cook for another 2 minutes. (This time is for medium-rare steak. 5. Remove the steak from the skillet and cover loosely with foil and rest for 2 minutes. 6. Sprinkle any #FlavorGod seasoning of choice on top of steak for added flavor. Recipe for Cauliflower Risotto: 1 Grass Fed Strip Steak 1 Avocado 1 Head of Cauliflower 2 tbs. fresh minced Garlic 4tbs of any #FlavorGod Seasoning from the #FlavorGod Combo Pack 6 tbs extra virgin Olive Oil 1/4 Cup White Wine 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese Directions: 1.Add head of Cauliflower into blender or food processor and chop til Cauliflower is the consistency of rice 2.Heat Pan to high with 2tbs olive oil and get olive oil hot than add all the garlic 3.Stir around til garlic is lightly toasted than add cauliflower and 3tbs. olive oil 4.Then add 2tbs of any #FlavorGod seasonings and cook for 4-6 minutes on high 5.After 4-6 Min add white wine and the rest of the olive oil, then lower temp to medium 6.Stir these together, and then cover 7.Cook low for two minutes, turn heat off, and season with your choice of #FlavorGod Seasoning. Recipe for Steak:
