A quick clip of one of the exercises that we did last night at @ironflowerfitness SoMi and what we will be doing tonight at the North Miami location:
LATERAL LUNGES:
-a great way to target your inner thighs, glutes and quads
-hold the weight in the left hand keeping neutral and centered
-step out the the right and bend the right knee, sitting the butt back and down
-the left leg should stay straight and is used for stabilization -all the weight should be in the right side of the body
-drive up through the right heel and return to start
-repeat for 15 reps on each leg
