I know you all are always asking me what ab workouts I do and how many times per week. Normally I workout abs 1-2 times per week. For me abs are a very important muscle to isolate because I see so many people doing it so wrong at the gym.?Example-just a basic sit up I see people yanking their necks up. The whole key to isolating your core (abs) is to have that muscle mind connection. I recommend starting off with basic style ab workouts without weights until you can really isolate them. I switch on and off with no weights and weights. Here I am doing leg raises and alternating crossing over my feet to unlock and lock my abdominals. I superset ab workouts to burn them out. I say pick any 4-6 ab workouts and superset them. Superset means to do one ab exercise and go directly into the next exercise without any rest. Rest 45-60 seconds and repeat 3 times then move on to your next 2 superset exercises. I superset 6 exercises. 20 reps or until failure for 3 sets.
