When I am looking for a core exercise challenge at the end of my session I always turn to this... 1min Plank on hands
1min Side plank on left hand
1min Side plank on right hand
1min Elbow plank
1min Side plank on left elbow
1min Side plank on right elbow

No breaks in between!! ?

Keep the belly button sucked in to the spine (especially in front plank) if you feel yourself drop down or sag in the back come down. A good starting point is 30seconds each side ? ?❤️x
