Japanese artist Chiharu #Shiota is currently installing her expansive yet intimate work "Over the Continents" within the Sackler pavilion at @freersackler! It features hundreds of shoes and handwritten notes she collected from both friends and strangers. The public installation began on Aug. 18 and will finish on the 21st, yet the exhibit itself will be on view through July 2015. #perspectives
