I love using props in my yoga practice. Blocks, straps and blankets are great! Also, sometimes... Hot dog stands☺️??Yup! This cart owner/pretzel making guy in NYC didn't even flinch when I asked if I could use his cart as a prop for my one-armed handstand. I guess New Yorkers actually have seen it all??
