Day 4 #BalanceBasics is Anjanayasana, this crescent lunge takes one of the names for Hanuman. Keeping the knee on the ground of the back leg creates more stability and gives you the foundation to help release the psoas and hip flexors. Use this posture to warm up your backbends and go deeper into your spinal extension.  Don't push too hard too soon, listen to your body.
