Day 5 #BalanceBasics Parsvakonasana B, or Revolved Extended Side Angle. This standing asana is one of the fundamental postures of the Ashtanga method, but it's actually pretty hard. Some things that will make it easier are starting off with the back knee on the ground for support or leaving the back heel off the ground to keep the hips square. Like all twists the space that you create deep within the pelvis is the key to folding your torso around your thigh. Check my YouTube channel for full tutorials.
