The meat has so much flavor!!!Seasoned the tacos with my #FlavorGod 'everything' and Garnished them with onions,cilantro, lime juice,radish and my favorite hot sauce. Here's the recipe for making the short ribs! Ingredients: ●5 lbs- beef short ribs (grass fed ●2 - brown onions, large chopped ●2 - carrots, large chopped ●2 - celery ribs, large chopped ●1 cup - red wine ●2 cups - beef stock ●6 oz - tomato paste ●1 large - bay leaf ●1 sprig fresh - rosemary ●3 fresh sprigs of - thyme ●sea salt and black pepper ● #FlavorGod Everything seasoning, as needed ●2 tbs. - ghee butter or avocado oil, as needed for searing beef Directions: 1. In a large skillet heat 2 tablespoon of oil on high heat on stove until it moves and shimmers like water. Should be very hot. 2. Sprinkle beef short ribs with sea salt and pepper on all sides. 3. Sear ribs on all sides until browned. Sear ribs in batches until they are all done. Do not overcrowd pot or they will steam instead of sear. 4. Reserve ribs on a plate and lower temperature on stove top to medium. 5. Add vegetables ( onion, celery, carrot) and tomato paste,stir frequently, About 7-10 minutes. 6. Add wine and deglaze the bottom of the pot. This means scrape the bottom of the pot with a non metal spoon until all of the browned bits from the ribs are removed and mixed into the sauce. 7. Add beef stock 8. Add the short ribs,rosemary, thyme, and bay leaf. 9. Add 3 tablespoons #flavorgod everything 10. Place lid on pot or aluminum foil if lid is not available. 11. Turn down heat on stove to simmer and cook for 90 minutes or until meat is fork tender, let rest for 30 minutes. 12. Taste the sauce and adjust flavor with sea salt. Serve. Enjoy! FLAVORGOD.COM
