A curtsy lunge with an abductor swing:
These are really awesome at isolating one glute at a time and are especially great for targeting the outer sides of the booty and hips. I'm using the #fitandthickresistancebands but you can also use an ankle weight or you can do this exercise without added weight. The resistance should go on your right foot and the dumbbell should be held with the left hand. Step back with the left foot into a curtsy lunge and then return to start. With the right foot do an abductor leg raise then return to start. Repeat for 12 reps then switch legs.
