Try this upper body circuit with the #fitandthickresistancebands by anchoring them into any door post in your house. Each of the yellow bands is equivalent to 5lbs of resistance and you can tailor the resistance to your individual fitness level. I attached the included handles to my desired resistance and performed 15-20 reps of each exercise then did 30 jump lunges, 20 jumps squats, and 30 jumping jacks and repeated the circuit 4 times!
