Morning Insta Bro's & Sis's ok thought id post this up as I'm just doing a tray of baked potatoes & thought I'd mix it up with some Sweet Potatoes and yellow & candy striped Beets... I just scrubbed them ( leave the skin in more nutritious ) cut them all 1 cm thick & dressed them in a swig of extra virgin olive oil vinegar seasoning and Rosemary so simple but how beautiful does it look frankly nice served with anything !! 45 mins 180 c 350f you can cover with wet grease proof paper for half the cooking time if you like or use high side roasting tray all good ... So the point being, Veg is Beautiful get amongst it mix up your carbs take pride make people smile the kids love this stuff :):) question what else could you guys try like this ???
