Tomorrow's butt and legs workout:

1st Circuit-
•24 heavy walking lunges
•30 walking lunges drop weight
•20 heavy sumo squats
•30 sumo squats drop weight
X4

2nd circuit-
•15 heavy deadlifts
•20 RDL's with the legs together
•15 one legged curl on each leg
X3

3rd circuit-
•15 heavy pulsing glute bridges
•20 glute bridges drop weight
•15 weighted fire hydrants w/ a donkey kick
•15 straight legged kickbacks
x4

Circuit training is a great way to keep the heart rate elevated throughout your workout which adds cardiovascular benefits to your weight training sessions. Circuit training also cuts down on the time your spending in the gym while allowing you to do a great deal of exercises! Each set of the a circuit is done with little to no rest in between each exercise. Rest for 1 minute in between sets then repeat!
