I get asked a lot about how I maintain my body all year long and all I do is sling heavy weight and mix plyometrics / HITT workouts!
I usually do plyometrics as a super-set partnering with a heavy lift. I love plyometric movements because it still allows you to build muscle while increasing your heart rate to burn more calories in less time.
Do this after a heavy lift like a fairly heavy Leg Press (increasing your weight with each set) and your legs will be on fire!?
