#FlavorGod Crab Boil with my New (coming soon) CAJUN LOVERS SEASONING Serves: 4 For the stockpot : ?1 ten qt stock pot ?1/2 gallon orange juice, no pulp ?1 lemon, cut in half, squeeze and drop in pot ?1 kielbasa sausage, cut into 1/2 inch rounds ?3 ears of corn *optional ?1 lbs of red baby new potatoes ?8 cloves of garlic,smashed ?1 tbs fresh ginger,smashed ?5 lbs seafood including Dungeness crab and jumbo shrimp #flavorgod Seasonings for the stockpot: ?1 tbs Garlic Lovers seasoning ?1 tbs Lemon Garlic seasoning ?1 tbs Everything Spicy ?3 tbs #FlavorGod Cajun seasoning ( you can use more spicy seasoning for now until Cajun release) ?1 tbs sea salt Finishing Butter: ?1/4 cup of unsalted butter, or ghee (melted) ?1 head of garlic, chopped ?2 tbs @FlavorGod Cajun seasoning *combine all ingredients in a small sauce pot and stir on medium heat until butter is melted *serve crab boil with freshly squeezed lime juice with salt and pepper. You may also use the finishing butter as a dipping sauce as well. 1. Place the stockpot on stove on medium high heat. Add orange juice, fresh juice and rinds from lemon, and stockpot seasonings.Add water to the stockpot until it is half full.  2. When broth is boiling, add potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.  3. Add crab and corn and cook for 5 minutes.  4. Add shrimp and sausages and cook for 3 minutes or until the shrimp is done. (Shrimp meat is white throughout when cooked). 5. Transfer crab boil contents in batches into a mixing bowl. Generously sprinkle #FlavorGod seasonings of your choice over crab boil and toss elements in mixing bowl as you season them. Add a portion of butter mixture and toss mixing bowl again until elements are incorporated. Serve with desired dipping sauces. Enjoy! FLAVORGOD.COM
