I love a good bowl of ramen as much as any fellow foodie/ noodle fanatic. Me and the @spice_titan every so often indulge ourselves in a spicy bowl of the good stuff.

Especially when the ramen is prepared by a chef who understands how to build a great broth, followed by properly prepared noodles, and finally the toppings which could be just about anything you could want in a hot bowl of noodle soup.

This time, @julesfood describes her ramen concept finished with the pork belly seasoned with my @Flavorgod Seasonings seasonings.

Thank you, @julesfood, this looks absolutely amazing !! Miso Noodle Bowl with Pork Belly. Quick bowl of ramen-style comfort soup ..... I used an instant miso with Konjac noodles (gluten-carb free), a soft boiled egg, fresh greens and slightly seared homemade pork belly. Sprinkled with sesame and spicy shichimi togarashi.
