Prep Time: 10 Minutes Cook Time: 25 Minutes Serving Size: 2-3 People Needed items: Rice Cooker Sautee Pan Wine opener White Wine Chardonnay Spatula Medium size kitchen knife Cutting board Recipe: Brown Rice Ingredients 1 Cup rice (uncooked) 2 Cups Water Directions: 1. Add rice to rice cooker 2. Add 2 cups water to rice cooker 3. Cook both until timer goes off and complete Recipe: Shrimp and Scallop Scampi 1/2lb.- shrimp (wild) (peeled) *I leave tail on for looks 3-4 scallops 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil 2tbs. of -garlic (minced) 2tbs - @FlavorGod seasonings (any flavor) 2tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice 1/4cup white wine (chardonnay) DIRECTIONS: 1. In a pan cook shrimp on medium heat in 1/2 tbsp of olive oil 2. Once shrimp is cooked on one side flip over and add 1/2 the garlic. (About 3 minutes) 3. Cook the shrimp 2 more minutes on other side and remove for plating. 4. Add the rest of your olive oil, minced garlic, and scallops to pan and cook. 5. Cook scallops 3 minutes on 1 side. 6. After 3 minutes flip scallops over and add white wine, fresh lemon juice, @FlavorGod seasonings and cooked shrimp. 7. Cook for 3 more minutes on high with all the ingredients together. 8. Ingredients
