Some of yesterdays snatch work - These are the last 2 mins of a 15 min Emom @ 165# & 170#. By pausing in the hang I was really trying to force myself into a better movement pattern of keeping the bar close instead of bouncing it off my thighs. 165# Lift I lost it almost immediately but 170# lift was closer to what i want it to be.
