I know I've gone butterfly crazy... So why stop now? :) Wanted to show Mimi eating. Thanks to my friend Google, learned that butterflies taste with their feet before feeding. Mimi drinks from a silver spoon (of course) a nectar concoction followed by some water. And real quick as some have asked... She can't fly at all. The most she can muster up is quick and spastic backflip so there's zero chance that Mimi would survive on her own. Wish I could open the door and let her fly away but that's not the case. We'll keep her safe and well fed and loved til the time she passes on and can flutter her wings and fly again on the other side.
