Cracklin' Chicken anyone?! Okay, so if you have followed me for any length of time, you can probably count on one hand the number of chicken posts I've done. I generally don't care for chicken. Especially not chicken breasts ?. I need fat. All the fat. So I opt for grass fed beef, bacon and eggs for my protein needs. However, I had to try @nomnompaleo's #cracklinchicken cuz I've been seeing it all over the place. Holy Santa Claus shit (just watched Step Brothers last night?)‼️ That is hands down THE best chicken I've ever had. I used @Flavorgod Seasonings pink salt and peppercorn (available later this year) to season, cooked in my cast iron skillet with @omgheebutter, topped with #Flavorgod Pizza seasoning(sold out), and served over a bed of baby mixed greens with some of my leftover vinaigrette from breakfast.
