#tbt to a trip to Africa just over a year ago... Did a Reebok CrossFit team competition with this amazing group of people and a safari.
It was an incredible environment and probably one of the coolest experiences I have had - seeing animals in their natural habitats is so different from watching them in captivity. The lions have scars from fights for food and safety but are still so beautiful graceful creatures. You could get so close without disturbing their peace it was unbelievable.
