Phnom Penh. 19/01/2015: Municipal security guard photographing a demonstrator lighting incense placed in a bowl of rice used to curse the authorities when the Borei Keila community, which was evicted in January 2013, holds a protest in front of the Phnom Penh Municipality, requesting their apalling housing situation be finally solved.
