Now I'm no Jamie Oliver, but these pancakes are so easy, healthy and convenient for either breakfast or post-workout meals! Taught to me by big sis @rubynyika.
Feeds: 1x hungry David and 1x greedy Spaniel
1) Add all ingredients into a bowl
-2 eggs -1 cup of wholemeal flour
-1 handful of wholegrain oats
-1 teaspoon of cinnamon -1 scoop of Arnies 100% whey protein (can be acquired from @sportsfuelsupplements)
-2 teaspoons of Chia seeds (optional)
-1 teaspoon of baking powder -1 cup (250ml) skim milk
2) Whisk it uuuuup!
3) Pour in pan with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
4) Add berries or your choice
5) Eat it.
