Day 29 #BeStrongin2015 is Addho Mukha Vrksasana, Straight Handstand. If there is one standard in handstand practice this is it. For anyone interested in building strength and stability finding the vertical line in handstand is an important practice to integrate into your daily discipline. Don’t just jump up and try to survive, build the connection into healthy technique. Press up with the shoulders to elevate the scapulas, engage the lower abs, tuck the tailbone, draw the thighs towards eachother and point your toes. Balance with your fingertips and hands instead of dumping down into the shoulders.
