This is literally how I feel all the time! My brain will not slow down and let me sleep! Lol I'm sure the overnight shoots this last month and the constant travel/stress doesn't help .. I need to start trying new things before I go to bed to help me fall asleep and stay asleep! My ideas are: journaling, reading, soft music, no phone... Any ideas?? I need to learn how to release the stress and thoughts so I can ease my mind to sleep ?
