Over the past 12 weeks, our priority has been putting on lean, functional mass. With that done it's time to redirect our focus to boxing specifics and moving around this new weight. As we increase the training load (running, boxing conditioning, skill work) there is a risk of shaking off some weight. It's going to be really important to eat eat EAT!
