There's something magical about icebergs, like this one in #Greenland's Ilulissat Icefjord, that I am not sure I will ever fully put my finger on, nor get tired of thinking about. Perhaps it's that the ice they are made from could be a millennia old? Or maybe it's their solitary existence, quietly drifting out at sea? It could be their impermanence....the fact that once they break off from the larger glacier they were a part of it is only a small matter of time before they melt? I don't know, but they hold a magical mystery that I can't get enough of. Photo by @magnumji
