Another house showing! Trying to stay positive. Our house has been on the market for a total of nine months (with a six week break over the holidays while finding a new realtor). We had nine showings in the first six months, and this will be our fifth since re-listing in January. We are always trying to stay hopeful and positive that it will sell at the exact right time and at the price we want. For now though, I'll be drinking a beer on the porch because I cleaned all day. ???
