Day 18 #JourneytoHandstand is Handstand to Chaturanga Dandasana. There are many ways to make this transition but the key is to be sure that the shoulders are strong enough to support the movement. If you don't feel stable in Chaturanga take the time to build core and shoulder strength before this transition. Engaging the abs is a big part of controlling the body and landing softly so remember to keep that turned on the whole way down.
