Being strong is more than just having big biceps or powerful legs, I'm speaking about strength beyond the external layer. When you're prepared (both physically and mentally) for the tests that life will put us through. Your mind is your most powerful tool. Nothing can stop someone with the right mental attitude from achieving his or her goal. Sometimes you don't know your strength until you come face to face with your greatest weakness.
Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardship and decide to preserver, that is strength. Life will be there trying to break you. It's inevitable - No one can protect you from that. You are here to be swallowed up but when that happens and are you left feeling broken, betrayed, hurt and empty - you must learn from your experience and fight ten times harder to get back up and succeed. To get back up, to prove people wrong and to prove yourself right. You are here to risk your heart. You have to love, to feel and to be passionate in all you do. A heart is a strong muscle and what do muscles do when they are torn? They grow back STRONGER!
