I woke up to catch the sunrise at a new location today. I drove in the pitch dark up to an area where the Snake River bends through the forest. It wasn't that cold this morning, which made life a little easier, but it was still a fantastic sunrise spent along the river. The Grand Teton here, rises high above all the other peaks at 13,770 feet. There were 5 moose in the area, but none of them graced my presence with a river crossing.
