My newest squat PR! 🎉💪 I'm sitting at 106-108 lbs, this is 175 lbs for 2 reps. I'm not big on squatting at 1-2 rep maxes mainly because there is a higher possibility of injury and I had a really bad experience the first time I tried to hit 135 (when I first started lifting). 😳 Trying to get over that fear though and really enjoyed the adrenaline rush of going for something I wasn't sure I'd be able to hit!
