Today was the hardest day we've faced in the last year and a half - we were looking at the house sale falling through for the past four days, but today everything was an absolute mess. Long story short, we couldn't afford the buyer's requests for repairs, and it looked like they were backing out entirely. However, after a day of questioning and some tears and wondering what we'd do if it fell through, we realized we would still get on the road no matter what it took - and stay out. After we came to that conclusion, just a mere hour ago, we saw we'd missed a text from our realtor - and it was the best news! The buyers accepted our repair solutions and we are moving forward for SURE now. We are celebrating tonight and completely overjoyed.
