1⃣ From Downward Dog step you right foot into a lunge and put your back knee down. You can be on your back toes or or have them flat on the ground like mine are here.
2⃣ By pressing your right foot firmly into the ground, you will create a lifting action. Root to Rise- Rooting your foot while lifting your chest up and sucking your belly in. This rotting action will help you pull your belly off your front thigh.
3⃣ Press your palms together or shoulder distance and keep your arms in line with your ears.
4⃣ Lift up toward the sky and then back. Repeat for a deeper back bend. **You can stretch as far back as you'd like, but be careful not to crank your neck. Try to keep your neck in line with your spine. ??. Have fun and have a great day! ? by my love @photostarcee
