You will never see how far you've come until you look back- and you can't do that unless you take progress pics ✌️ im a strong believer in visuals and how you see yourself every day - not a number on the scales or a measurement from a machine. Be confident in your own ability to see the positives in all the hard work you do, not just flaws or the things you don't like. Today I spoke to someone who made me take a step back and think how important it is to have POSITIVE support and encouragement to change your life. Most of the time you just cannot do it on your own.
