When success becomes "ego-driven" - we set ourselves up for failure.

Not only because the ego weighs us down, but because it always tries to win. But, when your purpose is to live your best life, there is no winning or losing. There is only you being your best - at all and any given moment.

Our spiritual development can’t be measured by our achievements... or lack of. The only yardstick is our own level of awareness and how we feel.
For example: Why kill yourself hardcore dieting and excessive cardio each day if your a sad, lonely, miserable or angry person to be around? You're suppose to embrace the process, this was a choice.. Your choice.. now embrace it.

Maybe before one can change physically, one should first examine their perspective. Changing my perspective and outlook on success has transform me. It means that I can better appreciate who and what I am right now - which is a beautiful, ongoing process of discovery and growth. I always embrace the process and if the "process" is making me unhappy - I evaluate. And as I do this the more I end up growing, as a person and as a fitness model/entrepreneur.
