"Strive for more," "Work even harder," "Aim to be the best!" - We live in a society that regularly sends us such messages. Most of us don’t stop to consider whether our goals are possible. We are afraid to fail for then we don't even try. Mistakes and failure make us so insecure and anxious that we give up early when faced with future challenges.

Let me remind you that - Failure is an event NOT a person therefore YOU can not be a failure. Imagine how much you could accomplish in your life if you looked fear and failure in the face; believed in yourself and made a promise in your heart to never quit… The secret to empowered action is learning not to beat yourself up. We will all fail at something in our lifetime.. But we might keep going, learn, grow and become stronger. Oh and take flexing back selfies like the one above ?
