I find myself doing a lot of u-turns in my hometown of New Orleans- catching a glimpse of something interesting as I am driving and just having to go back to take a picture. It happened again at 6:15 a.m. as I was driving down Elysian Fields Avenue traveling towards the French Quarter. Nola is like that- you always have to be prepared for the unexpected.
