.@BriaAndChrissy and I, along with a few others, recently took part in a video shoot that two of my dear friends (and personal heroes), Prop 8 Plantiffs @PaulKatami and Jeff Zarrillo are producing. The video is in response to the viral video that CatholicVote.Org posted a few weeks ago about “coming out” against marriage equality. This video is offensive on many levels, especially given that the concept of “coming out” has been hijacked to promote the idea that marriage should only be between a man and a woman, thus using their religion as a rationale against legal equality. There has been a lot of backlash similar to this since the Supreme Court's ruling and it's important to continue speaking out. I'm honored to have been asked to participate.
