Newspapers didn’t want to show this image I took today, but I have a responsibility to show you the effects of the barbaric rhino poaching in South Africa.
Hope is a 4 year old female rhino whose face was hacked off by poachers. Somehow she survived and underwent her next life-saving operation this morning.
This year 1500 rhino will be poached in South Africa out of a population of 25,000. This equates to a 6% deduction and the highest figure for poaching in any year in any country.
The world needs to see this and poaching needs to stop now.
