Finally visited Crown Bakery & Cafe! @crownbakery, an Artisan bakery known for their sourdough by using natural leaven in their breads.
And I had to over-order (as usual hahah). A late lunch date with hubby.
Shizuoka Matcha Azuki Loaf, Hainanese Chicken Bread, 27-layer croissant and Shizuoka Matcha Brioche.
Plus their Sourdough Waffles with vanilla ice cream and fruits, and their Eggs benedicts, not pictured.
Taste verdict?
Love the flaky buttery croissant very much!
And Shizuoka loaf was pillowy soft I could use it to ?? Hainanese chicken bread was incredible in its dough texture and crust, but best eaten with chilli for a more pronounced chicken rice experience.
