This company specializes in civet weasel coffee, or ca pha chon (kopi luwak). It's an absurdly expensive type of coffee because it's process includes an Asian palm civet (weasel) eating and defecating the coffee cherries. It's been said that the enzymes produced during digestion helps free amino acids and make shorter peptides. This is one of the most controversial methods of coffee production because of the treatment of animals involved, mainly in Vietnam and Malaysia. Also, because of more expensive production costs and general exclusivity, it costs $3000USD per kilogram.
