Another little breakfast from Everyday Super Food guys. Toasted super oats with mango, bursted blueberries and yoghurt. Oats fill us up and act as a slow-burning fuel so are a perfect start to the day. They are high in fibre and the minerals phosphorus and magnesium, keeping out bones strong and healthy.
