In sharing my story, I exchanged emptiness for gratitude.

I don't know if I can ever express my appreciation enough. The support I have received ever since i started to share my story leaves me speechless. I am blessed for the strength and courage it took to express this level vulnerability; while it stirred fear and provoked worry, I believed that if I could reach out to just one person, whether that be through my recovery, my passions, or my pursuit for growth, then everything would be worth sharing. I want to encourage the notion of self-love and the core intents that allowed me to surpass self-hate and defy a mental illness. I wanted this realization to resonate with you.
Recovery IS possible reaching a state of self-acceptance and self-love IS worth it, and the struggles we endure today ARE purposeful. We are not our limits, for those limits do not exist; we, on the other hand do.
